Soccer GV vs Tabor

GVS secures strong team win over Tabor Academy

Captain Emily Mara (Player of the Game) had a record-breaking day notching four goals, including one PK, and three assists as GVS earned a big, 7-2 win over visiting Tabor Academy.

The Big Blue win was a special one - with every player getting valuable minutes. Keepers Jackie Dill and Adele Russell split the game with Adele snagging her first saves in a GVS jersey!

Hayden Fischer, Wylie Roossien and Sarah Powers each found the back of the net once to keep the game out of reach.

Huge thanks to our families who arrived early for a special pre-game luncheon. It was also great to see former GVS superstar Kendall Toth on the sidelines as well.
