Soccer GJV1 at Exeter

w 5-1

JV1 Finished with an Impressive 9-1-2 Overall Record

After being tied 1-1 at halftime, the coaches gave an inspirational half-time talk that resulted in 4 unanswered goals as the JV1 soccer team beat rival Phillips Exeter 5-1 in NH. The team finished with an overall record of 9-1-2, 6 shutouts, outscored opponents 54-8, and held a 0.67 goals against average. Isabel Park '28 lead the team with 21 points (13G, 8A) followed by Maddie Shin '27 (11G, 7A) and Emma Morrison '28 (4G, 8A). It was a total team effort all season. Thank you to our three seniors, Capt. Angie Lucia, Capt. Marcella Hernandez, and Ale Lasala Bergareche. Good luck next year, thank you for all you have contributed to the program, and you will be missed next year! For the rest of the team, only 307 days left of off season training!
