Soccer GJV1 vs Choate

w 3-0

Stephenson nets a pair to keep JV1 unbeaten in their first four games!

The JV1 team hosted Choate in a wet Saturday showdown. Lily Stephenson '26 scored her first of two goals in the first minute of play, as the team set the tone early. An excellent first half put the game out of reach as Laney Cafua '27 (1 goal, 1 assist) and Hazel Cameron '26 (2 assists) provided the rest of the scoring. Liz Wodarski '27 and Sophia Cratty '25 were excellent controlling the center of the field and Lilly Loughlean '27, Maris Moody '24, Joely Bunting '24, Julia LeMarche '25 and Marcela Hernandez '25 anchor a back line that has only allowed 1 goal all season. Adele Russell '27 and Sheila Argueta '26 combined in goal to post the shutout. The team heads to Brooks on Wednesday for their first away game.
