Andover falls to visiting Choate

In the opening game of 2024, Andover took on an aggressive and talented Choate team. Choate got on the board first in the opening period but Shea Freda answered with the lone goal for Andover to make it 1-1 going into the second. Avery Rodeheffer had an outstanding day in net, turning away 24 shots, but Choate capitalized on an odd-person rush with just over a minute to play in the third to skate away with a 2-1 win. Next up for Andover is an away game with Brooks on Monday.
