Jen Weissbach

Head Coach

Beginning this fall, Coach Weissbach will be joining the Andover community in her new role, Dean of West Quad South Cluster. Coach Weissbach arrives to our community from The Hill School (Pottstown, PA) where she served as the Director of Residential Life as well as an Instructor in Science.

While at The Hill School, Coach Weissbach spent seven years as the head coach of the girls’ varsity basketball program following her own impressive career as a high school student-athlete (1,000 point scorer) and then, collegiate standout in field hockey.

At Dartmouth College, Coach Weissbach was a four-year member of the field hockey team, captaining the team her senior year. She also competed for Dartmouth’s travel basketball team. In addition to coaching basketball at The Hill School, Coach Weissbach guided Hill’s field hockey program to a #2 national ranking and a #1 Pennsylvania ranking during her coaching tenure. She was named PA Prep Live Field Hockey Coach of the year in 2022 and 2019.

Molly Creamer

Assistant Coach

Coach Creamer’s stellar high school career was followed by an equally impressive collegiate career at Bucknell University. She has been honored by Bucknell University in numerous ways - having her jersey retired (2005), being inducted into the Bucknell Athletic Hall of Fame (2013) and most recently named by the Patriot League, “Trailblazer of Distinction” (2023).

Following her collegiate career, Coach Creamer was drafted in the first round of the WNBA (#10) by the New York Liberty. She then went on to have a professional basketball career that included stints in Italy, Hungary, France and Israel. Since 2009, Coach Creamer has trained basketball players from elementary aged to professional athletes. She has also served as a high school head varsity coach when living in Montgomery, NJ. In addition to her playing/coaching experience, Coach Creamer has served as a school counselor and high school history teacher. Coach Creamer and her family recently moved to the Andover area.
