Andover defeats Choate and is 3-0 in Class A league

Saturday January 11, Home vs. Choate 67-6, Home vs. Nobles 29-46. Team record 5-3 (3-0 in Class A league)

Andover hosted Choate Rosemary Hall and Noble & Greenough School today for a tri-meet. Andover wrestled their Class A opponent, Choate, first. Co-captain Marisol Nugent ’20 kicked off the dual meet with a first period pin. Oscar Bunting ’21 had an exciting 14-2 victory at 152 lbs. Riggs McGrath ’21, co-captain Eamon Garrity-Rokous ’20, and Nick Buehler ’21 all followed up with first-period pins as well. Thomas Radzik ’20 defeated his Choate opponent 3-0. The final score was 67-6.

In an exhibition match, Charles Dolan '23 won his first match for Andover with a very exciting third-period pin.
