(Tokyo, Japan) -- At the 2020/1 Tokyo Olympics, Andover's Andrew Wilson '12 joined Jim McLane '49 as an Olympic Gold Medalist in swimming.

In the 100 Breaststroke, Andrew 58.99 to tie for 6th! A few days later, he had a disappointing swim in the 200 Breaststroke, just missing the semifinals.

The prelims of the 4x100 Medley Relay were incredibly close, with Andrew contributing to the United States' position in the final. As a member of the relay qualifying for the final, Andrew would earn whatever place the squad who swam the final earned. In the final, Ryan Murphy, Michael Andrew, Caeleb Dressel, and Zach Apple combined to set a new World Record in 3:26.78, earning Gold.

Congratulations to all!
