The 2026 season is underway with several scrimmages and playdays - and girls’ varsity volleyball officially opened the athletic year for the Big Blue.
On Friday afternoon, an enthusiastic home crowd stayed on their feet for five sets as Dana Hall edged out Andover, 23-25, 25-22, 21-25, 25-22, 13-15. The team bounced back on Saturday afternoon, outplaying Brooks in a scrimmage. Girls’ Varsity Volleyball is coached by Brendan Mackinson and Kennetta Roebuck and captained by seniors Ashley Schuman & Selene Xu.
On Saturday afternoon under crisp blue skies, Varsity Football outperformed Brooks in a scrimmage against Brooks School. Varsity Football is coached by Ernie Adams, Trey Brown, Chris Powers, Kit Leckerling, John Rex, Gene Hughes, and Jibrail Coy. Seniors Scott Carmichael, Thane McCormick, and Jun An captain the team.
