(Andover, MA) – The National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association (NISCA) has announced the 2024 All-Americans.

Although the structure of the awards program has changed over the 63 years of its existence—from recognizing as few as 10 to as many as 170—for more than a decade, NISCA has named each of the top 100 performers in an event as All-American, whether the performer competes for an independent or a public school.

In 2024, 10 of the Boys’ Swimming and Diving performances achieved the All-American standard. In the illustrious history of Andover swimming, only the 2019 and 2020 squads achieved more standards.

Among the highlights this year is Raphael Sibuet ’24, who became a 12x All American. Only Arnold Su ’20 has garnered more All-American Awards at Andover. In the 200 Free, Raphael put forth the 13th fastest time in the US, 4th among all swimmers representing independent schools. In the 500 Free, he was 26th nationally and 6th among all swimmers representing independent schools.

Also this year, Oliver Feng ’25 became a 7x All American, and Pippin Kantakom ’25 repeated as an All American in the 200 IM.
