10 All-American Performances

(Andover, MA) – The National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association (NISCA) has announced the 2024 All-Americans.

Although the structure of the awards program has changed over the 63 years of its existence—from recognizing as few as 10 to as many as 170—for more than a decade, NISCA has named each of the top 100 performers in an event as All-American, whether the performer competes for an independent or a public school.

In 2024, 10 of the Boys’ Swimming and Diving performances achieved the All-American standard. In the illustrious history of Andover swimming, only the 2019 and 2020 squads achieved more standards.

Among the highlights this year is Raphael Sibuet ’24, who became a 12x All American. Only Arnold Su ’20 has garnered more All-American Awards at Andover. In the 200 Free, Raphael put forth the 13^th fastest time in the US, 4^th among all swimmers representing independent schools. In the 500 Free, he was 26^th nationally and 6^th among all swimmers representing independent schools.

Also this year, Oliver Feng ’25 became a 7x All American, and Pippin Kantakom ’25 repeated as an All American in the 200 IM.
