GXC Takes Second as Alvazzi ('26) Captures Third at Black Bear
GXC traveled to Coe-Brown Northwood Academy in Northwood, NH on Saturday to take part in the Black Bear Invitational, and after strong performances in both the Varsity and JV races, they came away with second-place team finishes.

Joining her teammate in the top ten, Anya Budzinski ('26) crossed the line next for Big Blue followed by Chloe Song ('26) and Hannah Jung ('28), who both finished inside the top twenty. Corinne Spade ('27) continued her great progress in her debut PAXC season by finishing fifth for Andover. The girls' Varsity took second as a team.
On the JV side, GXC had seven inside the top sixteen, led by Emma Hong ('28), who took fifth overall. Ela Budzinski ('28) was next in for Big Blue, and she was followed by a great group that benefitted from pack running: Emily Ney ('27), Evelyn Marshall ('28), Edy Leach ('25), and Yara Handschin ('27).
