GVS falls to Class A power Loomis, 0-2
GVS battled an always talented Loomis who capitalized late in each half of play to earn the win. Still, the score does not tell the full story - as Andover had its chance including a penalty kick and two blasts off the post. The defensive back line of Lily Keim, Ava Davey, Keaghan Murphy, Emily Decker and Nina Oswanski played an inspired eighty minutes of play and captain Davey earned Player of the Game.
