GVS and Austin Prep battle to a 1-1 draw
In a fast-paced match-up with Class A opponent Austin Prep, the Big Blue settled for a 1-1 draw after finding their way to the scoreboard first at the 49th minute of play. An indirect call led to Ashley Dimnaku setting up co-captain Wylie Roossien who blasted the ball past a line of Austin Prep defenders on the goal line. Ten minutes later, Austin Prep would even the score for the final goal on the day.
