Andover hosted a talented and skilled team from Governor's this afternoon, and with effort and determination, PAFH earned the 3-0 win. Govs had the territorial advantage early, but Andover was able to get on the board first with a goal midway through the first quarter. The teams exchanged chances but neither could capitalize until Andover scored with a little over two minutes remaining in the second quarter. The third quarter saw Govs increase their pressure but the Andover defense stood tall and was able to preserve the shut out. PAFH added a third goal with just over six minutes left in the game. Credit both teams for an end to end effort for sixty minutes.
