First away game a win
On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, Phillips Academy JV1 Field Hockey competed in a fierce and fun face-off against Pingree School's team on their home turf. This game marked the official start of the team's season, and it was a great way to kick off an exciting year. In the first half of the game, no points were scored by either team, as both teams competed with much skill and passion. However, towards the middle of the third quarter, PA managed to make two goals, expertly executed by lower Al Hartmann and new upper Sienna DeAngelis. PA went to secure their lead in the 4th quarter, as they went on to demonstrate beautiful passes across the field resulting in 3 goals scored by upper Bronwyn Crowley, lower Meghan McKiernan, and once again lower Al Hartmann. Despite experiencing great pressure from Pingree, PA persevered, winning the game 5-1.
