Strong win against Loomis
On Saturday, September 20, 2025, Phillips Academy’s JV Field Hockey faced off in another exciting game of field hockey against the Loomis-Chaffee School. The match was driven by great strength and spirit equal in both teams. The first quarter started off strong for PA with two goals scored by uppers Sienna DeAngelis and Ashley Suh. In the second quarter, both teams continued to persist in fierce competition, and Loomis gained a goal, ending the first half with the score 2-1 Andover. The third quarter was lively and PA lit up the field with 2 more goals scored by junior Sophia Perri and lower Meghan McKiernan. For the rest of the match both teams put up a strong fight, making the rest of the competition a true nail-biter to watch, but Phillips ultimately pulled through and managed to win with a score of 5-2.
