Andover defeats Governor's with 6 pins
In the second meet of the day, Andover defeated Governor's 58-21. While we lost the first match of the meet, co-captain Arnav Bhakta '22 and Miles Palmer '23 followed up with first period pins. In an exciting match, Bodhi Beroukhim '25 won a 12-3 major decision. Co-captain Colin Nugent '23 pinned his opponent, and Josh Espinoza '25 won an exciting match at 160 lbs, with a pin in the third period. Ben Forman '23 and Somen Chakrabortti '22 also had first period pins. Ben Perez '23 lost a lost 4-9 match.
In exhibition matches, William Buehler defeated his opponent in an 18-5 major decision. Nick Lima '25 won his first wrestling match with a second period pin, and Victory Anikwue '23 won his first wrestling match with a first period pin.
