Soccer BV vs Bridgton Academy

On another perfect fall New England day, Andover faced a strong Bridgeton Academy team.

Both teams were deadlocked at 0-0 at the half. Senior goalie Jack Alexander, made a number of key saves. Ultimately a Bridgeton header found the back of the net off a corner kick. Andover fought back seeing, what would have equalized, by Senior Mark Nelson parried away from Bridgeton’s goalie with a fingertip save.

After 90 minutes this result would stand. Andover travels to Choate this weekend for another long road trip under the lights.
