Dexter Downs Andover JV 35-14
Andover JV dropped a tough game on the road at Dexter, losing 14-35. Andover’s offense struggled to move the ball early, but the defense got Big Blue on the board when Nate Dubuc ’28 scooped up a Dexter fumble and rumbled 70 yards for a touchdown. Andover’s other touchdown on the day was set up by a long kickoff return by Juris Vitols Anzola ’27, who also punched the ball into the end zone on a strong red zone run a few plays later. Thomas Perri '29 connected with Ryan Tran '28 on a nice pass play for the 2-point conversion. Declan Paraguya ’29 played well on defense, totaling 2 impressive interceptions on the day. However, poor tackling plagued the Andover D all afternoon, and they were no match for a solid Dexter run game.
