GVT Finishes Season with a Convincing 7-2 Victory over Exeter
Seniors Reimi Kusaka and Sofia Poncel both won their final matches on the PA tennis courts in nail biters. At third doubles, Sofia Poncel '21 and Kareena Dua '23 pulled out a 10-8 win in the tiebreaker to put PA ahead 3-0 heading into the singles matches. After wins by Ananya Madduri '23 at #1, co-captain Nicole Lee '22 at #3 and Kareena Dua '23 at #4, Kusaka battled back from losing the first set 6-4, to win the second set 6-0, and clinch the match 11-9 in the tiebreaker to take the match. An awesome day on the PA courts for the team, the seniors and several parents and fans! They've finished the season undefeated.
