Nordic Skiing AGV at Weston Ski Track vs Rivers/Middlesex

Nordic takes 2nd in Boys and Girls races

In a Friday night 6km pairs relay race against Middlesex, Rivers, and Belmont Hill, Andover skiers took the top spots in both races, but ended up second overall to deep Middlesex and Belmont Hill teams. In the first race, Andover's Girls team of Sage Preston and Anna Korczak raced neck and neck with Middlesex's top team, edging them out by a mere 3 seconds for the win. Zoe von Eckartsberg and Caitlyn Chow placed 6th, Sophia Aalami and Yasmine Tazi placed 7th, and Vanessa Fan and Amina Hurd finished 9th. In the second race, Andover's Boys team of Nico von Eckartsberg and Samuel Gallaudet came from behind to grab a tight win over the top Belmont Hill team. Luke Williamson and Remy de Saint Phalle came through in 5th place, Noah Binkowski and Rest Tuller were 12th, and Adrian Warner and Jonas Gianonni finished 15th.
