Lacrosse BJV at Governor's Academy

l 8-10

The JV Andover lacrosse team battled hard against Govener's. Ending the first half at 6-3, the boys battled to start the second half with great faceoff work from Michael Stout and Jackson Slack taking on a defensive one on one matchup. The boys ended up bringing us back to tie 8-8 from strong defense from Jack Angelo, Chris Black, and Ben Kazlouski, while being anchors by goalie Charles Yu. Our offense was working around as our goals came from Carter Havemeyer with 3 goals and 1 assist, Andrew Hopkins with 2 goals and an assist, Zeke Porter with a goal, Jackson Slack with a goal and an assist, Aksel Kohler with a goal and an assist, while Ned Benner was also involved with 2 assist and Jack Angelo with an assist. Unfortunately, was not able to secure the victory.
